We begin with gentle, grounded yoga to settle the body and quiet the mind, followed by a mini sound bath and guided meditation to open the heart and deepen inner awareness. Through Reiki alignmanet, you'll be supported in releasing stagnant energy and restoring balance, creating space for what's ready to emerge.

From this centered place, your guides, Lorrie and April, lead you in creating your vision board, allowing your intentions for 2026 rise naturally, rooted in self-love, clarity, and purpose.
